I have tried many digital cameras over the years and this one is one of the iffy ones. This camera does take good pictures, just not all of the time. My Sony DSC-S85 4.1M camera takes good pictures every time. The movie mode is good, but movies tend to stutter and look odd at times. Not a bad camera, but overall not that great either. Also, this camera is awkward to hold, would have been better if the buttons were along the top. The door where the battery and SD card goes also gets in the way when connecting to the PC. I am returning it and getting the Canon SD770IS. Get more detail about Sanyo Xacti VPC-E2 Digital Camcorder and 8 MP Digital Camera (Blue).
