To take a pic you have to really hold down the button hard and the button has two levels... the first level is the camera getting ready to take the pic, then you have to press down more to take the actual pic. Whenever I hand this camera to someone new, their first two attempts don't work. You have to stop and tell them "no dude, you really have to press it down hard for a second". That part is annoying and some of the pis have too much color, which sometimes looks cool but if I didn't have the option to adjust the color in Windows photo Gallery I'd have to buy a new camera.
